By far, the quickest way to get templates into your account is to import them. All you need to do is go from your Swift Galleries account to Products, then Manage Templates.

Now you'll click "Switch to Import Mode":

This is what you'll see:

All you need to do is click on as many templates as you'd like to be imported. They'll gray out and say "Selected" like the one in the top middle. (Note: the blue templates are templates I imported the last time I imported any so if this is the first time you're importing templates, you will not have any blue.)
If you click "Show Templates I Can't Import", it will look like this:

And when you click on an unsupported product, it will show you what product or size you need to build (over in Manage Products) so you can import this template. Like this:

If you have multiple products with the same sizes, we'll have you choose which product you want for each opening. So, in this case below, I need to choose a product from this dropdown menu. Behind the dropdown menu is a checkbox where I can choose if I want to apply the same product choice to all the same sizes in this template.

We'll walk you through all the templates where you need to choose products, then they'll all show up back in Manage Templates. Like this (new template below is in dark purple; templates I'd already built or loaded are all the rest):

Now you'll be able to use all of these templates in the Designer! Of course you can always build templates from scratch by clicking "Create New Template", or click a template thumbnail and edit it (and save over it or save it as a new template) here in Manage Templates. And you can choose a template in the Designer and make any changes to it, or start from scratch one product at a time.
